Not so bad

We moved here until we got a house. Pam is great. Nadia is not pleasant. Kevin a wonderful. The people for the most part are ok, some B.S here and there but nothing too bad. The back parking lot is a drop off for stolen cars sometimes, but they do tow them out. The dumpsters overflow from time to time. There are a ton of bugs despite the exterminators and fees you pay monthly for pest control. If you are looking for an in between place, this place is ok. I wouldn’t live here for years. No incentive to renewing the lease and being a good tenant. Conveniently located and close to stores and restaurants. Lower rent compared to other places - because the apartments are very cheaply ‘renovated’.

Service Requests

I just submitted 4 different service requests and the maintenance staff was wonderful as always! They completed the requests in a timely manner, with excellent care, and most importantly-cleanly! I always am very impressed with how they work, as well as how courteous the office staff is. Amber and Pam always go above and beyond to make sure my requests are taken care of! Thank you Brunswick Point for taking care of your residents.

Roach motel

2 days after moving into this apartment the roaches came out again to greet us acknowledging that day had been living here for some time I believe the Exterminator has been here at least three or four times and this morning I found a baby roach in my bed they didn't come here with us but we are definitely among them

Maintenance

Placed a request for maintenance service and Kevin was here within a half hour after the call and fixed the issue. Always courteous and professional. Service with a smile! Great maintenance staff!

Not at all happy with this place!

Squeaky floors, roaches that were here when we got here,not a good bang for my buck.

Maintenance

We called to request a work order for maintenance to repair a problem in our apartment and maintenance was at our apt. within 30 minutes after the phone call was placed and the problem was repaired! Kudos to the maintenance staff! Fast, courteous, and friendly! We love our staff at Brunswick Point!

Maintenance

Very appreciative of the hard working maintenance staff we have on the property. 10 minutes after we called after hours about our A/C not working they showed up. The problem was quickly and effectively taken care of. Thank You guys!!

Not the greatest

Tiles have cracks in the floors. Cheap cabinets, very basic. There is a lot of “riff raff” now that the weather is warmer. I do not feel safe here at all. I set up payment arrangements through the site and money didn’t come out though money was in my account. I’m in the process of buying a home and didn’t want this mark. Very upset with this whole thing.

Unprofessional and Lack of Communication

I applied for an apartment in February and was denied for whatever reason(s). I was explained that I had to pay $150 for the application fee plus $150 to hold the apartment. Ok, no problem. Once denied, then it was explained that the $150 that was paid to hold the apartment will be refunded in 30 days. 30 days later I called inquiring about the refund. After holding on to hear there was a mix up with the system and they will contact me when it was cleared up. Didn’t hear nothing after a few days past. So, I called back. To my surprise I hear that I didn’t pay, but $50 and that was my refund that was due. (Didn’t even see that) after going back a forth about the correct amount that was paid. Then I hear unless you have proof that you paid that amount. We only owe you $50. Remind you it’s now April. After showing proof of the amount that was paid to hold the apartment. I called today 5-16-18 still inquiring about the refund of $150. Then I hear well since you submitted your application past the 72 hrs mark that was the reason you haven’t received your refund. After explaining the situation in full details. It was a paused for a few minutes. Then the famous words came. We will contact you as soon as the person whose over that department returns. She stepped out for a few minutes. So, as she returns I’ll pass the information to her. Now it’s 5:24pm and still haven’t heard anything from anyone in that office. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication as well as the professionalism. If you have to come up with so many different reasons why the money wasn’t refunded in a timely manner. That just goes to show. If I was approved for the apartment, what other loop holes would you come up with. Thank You for the denial of my application, because this a lone shows the truth of how you handle business.
